We have 21 groups for the assignment. Please consult and discuss these titles/area among your group and auhtorise a group leader to make an appropriate selection. Each group leader is required to come to my office between 10-30 am on Tuesday 20th of January to select their their title/area for research and assignment. Since only two groups could do the same title/area of research, may I suggest that you assign your leader with various alternative title/area in your order of preference.

4. The Witness Protection Act 2008
5. Policing the Police and other enforcement agencies in Malaysia
6. Powers of the Public Prosecutor
7. DNA Evidence in Administration of Criminal Justice
8. The Parole System
9. The significane of a Judicial Appointment Committee in Administration of Criminal Justice
10. The present day relevance of the Internal Security Act and other Emergency Laws
11.Measures to speed up the administration of criminal justice process
The titles are intentionally open ended so as to give you as many angles as possible to apprach them. Feel free to suggest to me additional titles relevant to the administration of criminal justice for consideration. further and better particulars on this matter will be posted once you and your group has chosen your title/area for research.
